AutorÍzase al Gobierno para que pueda fomentar y auxiliar a los institutos dedicados á la beneficencia pública, cediéndoles el uso de los edificios que puedan ser aplicados al servicio inmediato de aquéllos y que no estén destinados á otro servicio oficial, ó vendiéndoselos en condiciones equitativas que consulten las necesidades y conveniencia del Ramo de beneficencia.
