Aporte para el sostenimiento de la Universidad Nacional, inclusive $ 150.000.00 para la Escuela de Minas de Medellín; $250.000.00 para la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial de Manizales; $40.000.00 para el Centro de Enseñanza Estadística, Económica y Financiera, y $ 750.000.00 para la Escuela Superior de Higiene, en el año $ 3.000.000.00 Total $ 3.000.000.00
