Saneamiento de deudas del régimen subsidiado. Para el saneamiento de deudas del régimen subsidiado la ADRES girará a los prestadores de servicios de salud, los recursos de que trata el artículo 275 de la Ley 1450 de 2011, el artículo 5° numeral 2 de la Ley 1608 y el 106 de la Ley 1687 de 2013, o las normas que los reglamenten, modifiquen o sustituyan.

Parágrafo

La distribución y asignación de los recursos de que trata el presente artículo se realizará en los términos definidos por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social y considerando la disponibilidad presupuestal.
