º. Las medidas preventivas, de seguridad, y las sanciones previstas en este Decreto, serán aplicables a quienes desarrollen labores de minería que infrinjan cualquiera de las disposiciones del presente Decreto y las de los Decretos 1335 de 1987 y 2222 del 5 de noviembre de 1993, sin perjuicio de las que corresponda aplicar a otras autoridades de conformidad con su competencia legal.
