A partir del 20 de julio de 1978, las asignaciones mensuales de los Magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, los Magistrados del Tribunal Disciplinario, los Consejeros de Estado, los Fiscales del Consejo de Estado, el Contralor General de la República y el Procurador General de la Nación, serán de sesenta mil pesos distribuidos entre sueldo y gastos de representación, en proporción a lo que rige actualmente.
