ART 118. En la división, reducción ó traslación de un censo que pertenezca á un Municipio, ó á establecimientos públicos, ó á otra persona moral, se observarán las mismas formalidades que se han expresado, sin perjuicio de las disposiciones que sobre el particular se dicten en leyes especiales.
