Prelación prestaciones sociales. Las dependencias de la Policía Nacional que ejerzan las funciones de control y ejecución del presupuesto de la misma, darán en todo caso prelación a la efectividad del pago de las prestaciones unitarias que se reconozcan como consecuencia de la muerte del causante.
