El Instituto Nacional de Radio y Televisión asumirá la cancelación de las obligaciones pendientes a la fecha de este Decreto-Ley, adquiridas por el Gobierno Nacional, por el concepto de la adquisición, instalación y ensanche de los sistemas de televisión y radiodifusión nacionales.
