En el certificado de matrícula de persona natural se incluirá en el módulo “MATRÍCULA”, la información correspondiente a la inscripción de la autorización que conforme a la ley se otorgue a menores para ejercer el comercio: Por documento privado del XX (fecha) inscrito en esta Cámara de Comercio el XX (fecha), con el No. XXXX del Libro IV, XXX y XXX(nombres de los padres) autorizaron al menor de edad XXX(nombre)para ejercer el comercio. Cuando el menor cumpla la mayoría de edad, por solicitud expresa podrá eliminarse del certificado el respectivo certifica.
