"ARTICULO 7º

"Dentro de un plazo de treinta días, a partir de la fecha en que el Gobierno colombiano o el Gobierno sueco hayan llevado una disputa ante la Comisión, cada una de las Partes podrá, para el examen de esta disputa, reemplazar su Comisionado por una persona que posea competencia especial en la materia.

"La Parte que haga uso de este derecho lo notificará así inmediatamente a la otra Parte; ésta podrá, en tal caso, obrar de la misma manera dentro de un plazo de treinta días, a partir de la fecha en que la notificación haya llegado a su conocimiento.
