Escalafonamiento de profesionales. Los profesionales con título universitario a que se refiere el artículo 24 del decreto 613 de 1977, para su escalafonamiento como tenientes de los servicios deberán reunir los mismo requisitos establecidos en el artículo anterior salvo el de la edad que se amplía hasta los cuarenta (40) años, y además presentar, el título profesional correspondiente debidamente refrendado por la autoridad competente, o la respectiva acta de grado.
