Limitación de actividades incompatibles con la preservación del atractivo y su aprovechamiento. En aquellos casos excepcionales en que el uso turístico del atractivo, su integridad y sostenibilidad se vean comprometidos, el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, de conformidad con el artículo 24 de la Ley 2068 de 2020, podrá restringir o limitar el desarrollo de las actividades incompatibles con la preservación del atractivo turístico y su aprovechamiento, mediante acto administrativo motivado, siempre que la limitación o restricción correspondiente no sea de competencia de otras autoridades.
