Los Visitadores serán de libre nombramiento y remoción del Gobierno y disfrutaran de las asignaciones que este les señale. Solo podrán ser utilizadas para este servicio personas entendidas en teneduría de libros, y en cuanto sea posible, conocedoras del ramo y del territorio en donde deban
