Facultase al Alcalde Mayor del Distrito Especial de Bogotá para destinar el producto del impuesto de gasolina creado por el Decreto 879 de abril 13 de 1956, para la ejecución de obras en los barrios obreros del Distrito, y para atender la amortización del empréstito que el Distrito está gestionando con los bancos locales.
