Artículo segundo. Para obtener la inscripción como Contador Público autorizado, de conformidad con el literal d) del artículo 6° de la Ley 145 de 1960, el peticionario deberá acreditar haber ejercido la profesión de Contador en un lapso de cuatro (4) años anterior al vencimiento del plazo señalado en la Ley para solicitar la inscripción.
