La omisión en el cumplimiento de este deber acarreará al responsable la pena de multa de $ 5 oro, multa que impondrá el respectivo agente. De igual manera, la omisión en 1a presentación del cargamento y de la guía respectiva, en cada uno de los Distritos del tránsito para 1a anotación del pase correspondiente, se castigará con la multa de $ 1 oro, por cada Distrito donde no se presentare el cargamento.
