º. Los empleados de Carrera del Fondo de Bienestar Social de la Contraloría Generalde la República, a quienes se les suprima el cargo como consecuencia de lo dispuesto en el artículo primero del presente Decreto tendrán derecho a optar entre la indemnización o la incorporación de conformidad con lo establecido en las normas de carrera aplicables a los empleados públicos de la Rama Ejecutiva.
