Proceso de planeación en salud. El diseño y gestión de los planes territoriales de Salud, se hará de manera concertada con la participación de los diferentes sectores sociales y las autoridades pertinentes convocarán un representante del nivel local y departamental de salud y del Comité de Participación Comunitaria en Salud de la respectiva entidad territorial.
