Artículo primero. Las Escuelas Primarias Pilotos establecida por el Decreto legislativo número 0146 del corriente año, serán una dependencia de la División de Normales y Educación Primaria, bajo la dirección y control del Director Coordinador de la Escuela Piloto de Aplicación de Bogotá D.E.
