Referencias normativas . A partir de la fecha en la cual la Administradora de los Recursos del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (ADRES), asuma la administración de los recursos del sistema, cualquier referencia hecha en la normatividad al Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía (Fosyga), a las subcuentas que lo conforman o a la Dirección de Administración de Fondos de la Protección Social se entenderá a nombre de la Administradora de los Recursos del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (ADRES).
