º. El ciclo complementario de formación docente de que trata el artículo 3º de este decreto, deberá ofrecerse previa la celebración de un convenio con una institución de educación superior, que posea facultad de educación u otra unidad académica dedicada a la educación, atendiendo, como mínimo, las reglas definidas en el artículo 10 de este decreto.
