De las licencias para trabajo en terminales portuarios . Las entidades incorporadas al Programa Integrado de Sanidad Portuaria, cuando quiera que las empresas particulares aplicadoras de plaguicidas cumplan con los requisitos señalados en el capítulo V de este Decreto, podrán otorgarles "licencia para trabajo en terminales portuarios".
