ART 190. Los acudientes, tutores, curadores, maestros ó cualesquiera personas que con abuso de autoridad ó encargo operen como cómplices á la perpetración de cualesquiera delitos ó faltas contra el pudor definidas en el Código Penal, serán castigados como autores.

Los maestros ó encargados en cualquiera manera de la dirección de la juventud, serán además condenados á inhabilitación especial hasta obtener rehabilitación conforme á las leyes.
