°. Responsabilidad del representante legal . El Gerente General de la Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Bogotá, ESP, será el responsable de adelantar las acciones tendientes a culminar las actividades que venía desarrollando el Servicio Médico y Odontológico de la Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Bogotá, ESP, lo anterior, sin perjuicio del ejercicio de las funciones de inspección, vigilancia y control de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, frente al cumplimiento de las obligaciones del citado Servicio en el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud.

Decreto 10 de 2004 · por el cual se cancela la autorización otorgada al Servicio Médico y Odontológico de la Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Bogotá, ESP, para continuar prestando servicios de salud en los términos del Capítulo II del Decreto 1890 de 1995 y se ordena su liquidación.
