ARTICULO 123 . SERVICIO MILITAR DE BACHILLERES. Los bachilleres podrán cumplir su servicio militar obligatorio en el Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, como Cuerpo Auxiliar de Guardia, distribuidos en los diferentes centros de reclusión, previo convenio entre el Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, y el Ministerio de Defensa, después de haber aprobado el respectivo curso de formación en la Escuela Penitenciaria Nacional o en las Regionales.
