Art. 2.° El aporte ó puesta de los socios suscriptores de acciones será igual al que el Gobierno de Boyacá trae á la Sociedad representado en los edificios, maquinaria y herramientas pertenecientes á la antigua ferrería de Samacá que sean necesarias para el establecimiento de la fábrica de hilados y tejidos de algodón que la Compañía" se promete acometer Al efecto, el Gobierno de Boyacá, de acuerdo con los empresarios, designará los elementos que deben dejarse a la Compañía y determinará el precio de éstos, tomando por base uno de los avalúos oficiales hechos, ó haciendo uno nuevo, según lo estimen conveniente.
