Compañero o Compañera Permanente. Para efectos de la pensión de sobrevivientes del afiliado, ostentará la calidad de compañero o compañera permanente la última persona, de sexo diferente al del causante, que haya hecho vida marital con él, durante un lapso no inferior a dos (2) años. Tratándose del pensionado, quien cumpla con los requisitos exigidos por los literales a) de los artículos 47 y 74 de la Ley 100 de 1993.
