Cargue y descargue. El cargue y el descargue en cualquier puerto serán independientes el uno del otro. Se realizará en turno de acuerdo con el orden de atraque y la presentación del diario de navegación y demás documentación ante la autoridad fluvial, portuaria marítima competentes, según el caso, cuando llegue la unidad remolcadora con su convoy.
