° Autorízase al Director General de la Policía Nacional para que expida órdenes escritas de allanamiento, y registro de los domicilios privados del Municipio de Bogotá, a cualquiera hora, y órdenes de captura de los presuntos responsables de los delitos de que traían los Títulos I y II del Libro II del Código Penal.
