La Escuela Bolivariana se fundara preferentemente para varones que reúnan los requisitos exigidos por esta Ley y por los decretos que la reglamenten; pero cuando los recursos lo permitan, el Gobierno podrá crear, con el mismo nombre, con la enseñanza practica que estime conveniente y en condiciones análogas a las que aquí se prescriben, la Escuela Bolivariana para señoritas.
