Zonas Mineras de Comunidades Negras. Dentro de los terrenos baldíos ribereños, adjudicados por el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria como propiedadcolectiva de una comunidad negra, a solicitud de ésta, la autoridad minera podrá establecer zonas mineras especiales, y establecerá la extensión y linderos de dichas zonas. Dentro de estas zonas la autoridad concedente a solicitud de la autoridad comunitaria otorgará concesión como titular a la aludida comunidad y no a sus integrantes individualmente considerados.
