º Perderán el derecho a expedir diplomas de bachiller en Filosofía y Letras y en Ciencia, los establecimientos que habiendo adquirido esa facultad por resolución ejecutiva, no llenen estrictamente todas las condiciones que para ello se requieren en el presente Decreto, transcurridos tres meses después de que entre en vigencia.
