La suma que por el artículo 16 de la Ley 82 de 1913 se destino para la construcción de un Sanatorio en Urrao, se destinara en lo sucesivo para la terminación de los Hospitales de Quibdó e Istmina, y una vez terminados estos, para su sostenimiento.
