La actividad de Intermediación de empleo podrá ser gratuita u onerosa pero siempre será prestada en forma gratuita para el trabajador y solamente por las personas naturales, jurídicas o entidades de derecho público autorizadas por el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.
