Art. 28. Verificado un secuestro, se extendera siempre diligencia del acto, en la cual consiste la entrega real de la cosa al secuestre. De esta diligencia se darán las copias que se soliciten por el mismo secuestre ó por las partes, copias que autorizaran el Juez y el Secretario.

El Juez ó Magistrado que autorice un secuestro, y su respectivo Secretario, serán responsables por el delito de falsedad, si en la diligencia de secuestro consta la entrega real de la cosa sin que dicha entrega se haya verificado.
