El personal de empleados subalternos de la Fiscalía del Consejo de Estado será la siguiente: un Secretario con asignación igual a la del Secretario del Consejo de Estado; un Abogado Auxiliar, con quinientos pesos ($ 500); un Oficial Mayor, con cuatrocientos pesos ($ 400), y un Escribiente con doscientos pesos ($ 200). Todas estas asignaciones serán mensuales y los empleados de libre nombramiento y remoción del Fiscal.
