Junta de Adquisiciones y Licitaciones. La Junta de Licitaciones y Adquisiciones de la Superintendencia de Valores asesorará en materia de compras y contratación y estará integrada por el Secretario General de la Superintendencia, quien la presidirá, un representante del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, el Jefe de la División Administrativa de la Superintendencia de Valores y los demás funcionarios que designe el Superintendente de Valores y cumplirá las funciones previstas en las normas legales vigentes.
