Los Marinos retirados del servicio por invalidez absoluta y permanente para todas clase de actividades, tanto navales como civiles, adquirida en el servicio, cualquiera que sea el tiempo de este, tendrán derecho a que el Tesoro Público les pague una pensión mensual vitalicia, igual al sueldo correspondiente al grado de actividad.
