Ausencias al servicio por enfermedad . Las ausencias al servicio menores de treinta (30) días, motivadas por enfermedad, no se tienen en cuenta para los efectos de la clasificación en las listas. Cuando se trate de ausencias mayores de treinta (30) días por esta causa, las juntas clasificadoras, oído el concepto de sanidad deben analizar y con base en éste, determinar la clasificación.
