Vivienda rural. En materia de vivienda, las víctimas de las que trata el presente Decreto, tendrán derecho a acceder a una vivienda digna que garantice un espacio suficiente y adecuado a sus condiciones culturales, usos y costumbres, en los términos del artículo 123 de la Ley 1448 de 2011. En el marco de las medidas de estabilización, se privilegiará el retorno o la reubicación a sus Comunidades, para lo cual las víctimas que retornen o se reubiquen tendrán derecho a acceder al subsidio de vivienda de que trata el inciso anterior.
