Art 5° Esta ley no introduce novedad alguna en cuanto a los límites que la Constitución reconoce a los Departamentos de Antioquia y el Tolima, o sea a los que tenían los extinguidos Estados del mismo nombre, cuyas líneas divisorias dudosas serán determinadas conforme lo dispone la misma Constitución.
