Art. 10. Los remates que se verifiquen para la deuda interior de que habla el artículo 5.° de este decreto, se harán en los términos prevenidos en el Código Fiscal respectivamente, observándose en todo lo relativo a ellos las prevenciones de dicho Código. Los demás remates se efectuarán también de la misma manera, salvo las disposiciones especiales que se dejan consignadas respecto de ellos.
