A quien debiendo ser afiliado de la Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar y de Policía no se le hubiere efectuado descuento alguno por concepto de ahorro obligatorio, podrá admitírsele su afiliación extemporánea. Su antigüedad inicia a partir de la fecha de afiliación y por lo mismo, no se le recibirán cuotas comprendidas en el lapso de omisión del descuento.
