El establecimiento de la tasa, de que trata el ordinal c) del artículo 3°. de la Ley 107 de 1936 , se fijará de manera que permita atender los gastos de conservación de la obra y prestación del servicio, más los intereses del capital invertido y la amortización del mismo en un término prudencial.
