De La Intervención De Quienes Se Hallen En El Predio

De la intervención de quienes se hallen en el predio. El propietario, poseedor u ocupante que se encuentre en el predio objeto de registro deberá ser informado de la solicitud de inscripción de un predio en el registro por la parte interesada o de la iniciación de oficio, para que en el término de 10 días a la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión de Restitución de Tierras Despojadas para aportar la información y documentos que quieran hacer valer dentro del mismo.
