Art. 42 Cuando hubiere motivo para creer que se da á los mencionados aparatos una aplicación distinta de su objeto y que no defrauda la renta que grava 1a destilación y la rectificación del aguardiente, los empleados de Hacienda podrán visitar é inspeccionar dichos establecimientos para cérciorarse del hecho y aplicar al defraudador las penas correspondientes.
