Artículo único. Créase un Cuerpo de Resguardo con residencia en Nuquí y dependiente de la aduana de Buenaventura, con el siguiente personal: Un Cabo y cuatro Guardas.

Parágrafo

Estos empleados tendrán las mismas atribuciones y devengarán los mismos sueldos de los empleados de igual categoría. Comuníquese y publíquese.
