Art. 7º. A virtud de la adopción del Código de Minas y Leyes reformatorias, han regido y rigen todas sus disposiciones aun las de carácter transitorio que sean por su naturaleza de posible aplicación.

Estas últimas conservarán tal carácter y dejarán de regir cuando surtan sus efectos según su objeto y naturaleza.
