Los pacientes remitidos con dictamen de las Juntas Médico-Quirúrgicas del Instituto, a una Institución a contrato podrán ser estudiados nuevamente por la Junta de la Institución que recibe el paciente. Cuando se presentare disparidad de criterios en cuanto a la conducta a seguir entre las decisiones de las Juntas Médico-Quirúrgicas del Instituto y de las instituciones a contrato, el caso deberá ser revisado y decidido por dos especialistas calificados nombrados cada uno por las respectivas Instituciones.
