Tan pronto como termine las presentes sesiones del congreso, el Consejo de Estado procederá á hacer una codificación de todas las disposiciones legales vigentes sobre organización judicial y procedimientos civil y criminal, de modo que las materias queden tratadas ordenadamente, pudiendo hacer para este efecto las traslaciones necesarias de Artículos y establecer en lo obra una sola numeración.
